The house is a cosy little 2 bedroom place with a good yard. To share with a female in mid 30s and a 4 year old Greyhound dog.

Small kitchen and shared bathroom with shower and bath.

The house is located in Woolston - 10 mins drive from Sumner, 10 mins from the city and close to the hills. Might suit someone who likes to go exploring in the weekend.

Rent & Expenses is currently $330 per week. I'm considering putting a sleepout in later which would reduce this cost a bit.

Moving date is flexible from 27 June.

LGBT+ Friendly

The room is on the smaller side but fits a queen bed. Can come furnished with queen bed, wardrobe, drawers, bookcase, bedside table and lamp. There's also an additional storage cupboard just outside the room.

This would suit someone who is comfortable around dogs. Friendly yet independent.

Wouldn't suit someone who is a light sleeper. No smokers or vapers sorry.
