I prefer a relaxed, respectful home in a nice area, within walking distance (around 20 minutes) or an easy bus ride to campus. I’d love to live with people who are friendly and happy to hang out or even do the odd weekend trip, but also value my own downtime. Budget-wise, I’m ideally looking for $200–$250 per week, but I’m open to discussion for the right place. I’ll be studying full-time and plan to work part-time alongside study.

Hi! We are two friends currently in New Zealand on Working Holiday Visas and looking for a place to stay for about one month. Ideally, we would prefer two separate rooms, but we are also happy with one room with two beds if that’s available. We are clean, respectful and easy-going people. We both work in physically demanding jobs such as horticulture and packhouse, so during the week we usually have a quiet routine. We don’t smoke, don’t party at home and always respect shared spaces. We are responsible with rent and bills, and we take care of the house as if it were our own. Our main requirement is a comfortable, tidy and friendly environment.
