I am looking for a safe place to live that is close to the University of Otago, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and supermarkets. Since safety is a priority for me, I would prefer a neighborhood that feels secure, especially at night. I am also easy-going and have no problem adjusting with flatmates.

I’ll be working a lot (likely 2 jobs), so I’m looking for a quiet, tidy, and friendly home to come back to. Happy to live with your pets if you have any! What I’m looking for: - Queenstown or nearby areas with good public transport (I have no car) - Fully furnished room - Budget: up to $250/week incl. expenses - Long-term stay (6 months) A bit about me: I’m clean, polite, respectful, and easy-going. I don’t party at home, but I’m always up for a chat over coffee or dinner. I love exploring nature on my days off, and I’m very considerate of others’ space. Preferably a female only flat or a couple that has a furnished bedroom. I am not fussed on much else.

Looking place full of friendly clean flatmates. Who love a chat and doing fun things with their day and sharing the odd meal at night. I like keeping the house clean and being supportive to those around me. Also being around people who like being silly and having a laugh. Super keen for hiking and snowboarding buds while I'm here. I work late nights and will be sleeping during the days from Thursdays to Sunday, so will need people who are ok with this. With some good earplug and white noise and cooperative housemates who don't want to blast music I haven't had a problem :)

A room that is clean and tidy, quiet at bedtime, that's it :)
