My current rental is going on the market, so I’m trying to be proactive and find a new place to call home. I work full-time and on the weekends. My weekend is usually during the middle of the week. I’ve been here 5 years head tenant so I always pay rent on time. My current flatmate is moving out soon and has asked if I wanted to go live with her and her brothers but I don’t want to be in a house full of boys. I also don’t want to live alone. Im from a big family so I find it easy to get on with a range of personalities. I also don’t know how to cook small portions so would be happy to cook for us. My family stay up north so when they do come these ways they often spend the night at mine, would love to continue this. I like to partake in herbal refreshments so I hope you’re okay with this. I’m bubbly, house proud and happy to socialise or leave you to do your thing. I will probably try get you to do karaoke with me. Im very tidy when it comes to shared spaces and I don’t leave home without making my bed. Into music, anime , food and reading. Looking for a relaxed kickback environment and would prefer less flatmates. My expenses will be tight whilst I live alone so I’m hoping we can come to some agreement with bond. I should be able to pay this quickly when I move (will be paying $550 just rent when my current flatmate leaves) I will also need to give 4 weeks notice.
