I’m looking for a bedroom large enough to comfortably fit my bed, computer desk/setup, and a small shelf for personal items, and I’m ideally seeking a room with an ensuite bathroom.

I want a room with a window so the sunshine can shine through everyday. A bed with mattress. A desk and a chair. A wardrobe. En-suite bathroom (optional).

I am looking for a flat that is nearby the University of Waikato for easy transport to the University and also the school that I work at as a teacher aide.

Female Preferred but will be open to living with males. Has to be LGBT friendly.
