Flatmates in Waikato

I am a student so I would like to live in a place near by waikato university.

After somewhere relaxed. Not after a party house. Fridge and freezer space would be good as I meal prep though I can buy an extra small freezer if need be.

Somewhere with a suitable bedroom to work/study from home. Would need to move in before the 10th of July. LGBT+ friendly and drug free.
