I am looking for a private room, maybe a private bathroom as well. I would love to live with friendly people, and maybe a cute dog! I am an animal person, for sure!!!! Ah.... I am a pescetarian!!!!

We don’t have any special requests, just that the flatmates are quiet — especially during the night — and tidy.

I’m after a spacious, comfy place with good vibes and plenty of natural light. Being close to the CBD is a big win — easy for work, the gym, and weekend plans. I’d love something unfurnished so I can put my own touch on it and make it feel like home. I’m hoping for a clean, well-kept flat with a nice kitchen, decent storage, and parking. somewhere people are happy to hang out. A balcony or a bit of outdoor space would be amazing too. Most importantly, I’m looking for a home with fun, easy-going, respectful housemates — people who enjoy their own space but are always up for a chat, a drink, or a spontaneous little adventure.

Currently heat tenant 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms and tired managing flatmates my lease is up for renewel but landlord wants me to sign another year fixed term so I looking at other options.

With someone similar in age, 50 plus who likes good conversation, down to earth and has a down to earth family too. Preferably own bathroom or living area.
