Hi, I am helping my girlfriend look for a place to stay. She works and is very clean and tidy.

I prefer people who can keep things tidy and don’t have parties every night. I am looking for a single room with a study desk. An area where it’s a single bus ride of less than 30 minutes one way to the CBD or within a 15-minute walk.

Looking for somewhere chill, clean, reasonably private and safe.

I'm looking for a quiet place where I can stay with flatmates who I won't disturb and who won't disturb me. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, don't play loud music and I'd like flatmates who have similar tastes. I'd like a normal-sized room with a cupboard, space for a single bed, chest of drawers, a bookcase and a work desk as well as access to bathroom and kitchen. I'll either be on full-time study at home or out at work most of the day so won't be a bother to anyone else in the house. I only cook occasionally but I'm quite particular about cleanliness and would like a home that is kept clean and tidy all the time and where I can maintain a high level of cleanliness. I love plants and having a garden would be great and being on the bus routes even better :-)
