I’m looking for a flat where my roommate is also quiet. Since I have practicums throughout the year and my work starts very early, I’d like to find a place where my roommate is ideally quiet after 9 or 10 PM. I usually get up around 7 AM, so I hope our schedules align well!

Looking for a place near train station (southern line). No more than 4 flatmates in total. Pets not represent a problem at all. No smokers.

Heyya, I'm looking for a room in flat, I've just graduated and work full time, I would love a social flat, never missed rent in my life you wouldn't have to worry about that, I'm pretty handy in the kitchen and while cleaning, let me know if you have a spot that I can call home.

I am looking for a place which is relatively quiet with a friendly environment. A respect for privacy and each other's space is an important factor for me. I am also looking for a smoke-free flat. Location wise, I am searching for a flat within a nice driving distance to the Northcote AUT campus. I'm not too picky on the distance, as long as it is within the north shore area. I would also need a parking space for my car. The room I am looking for is big enough for a bed and desk for me to complete my studies. If needed, I am prepared to bring my own furniture.

I prefer to keep to myself. I don't need much from prospective flatmates, just leave me be and rent will be in on time.

All I require are mature flatmates, suitable working environment for when I work at home, and decent internet. Also require the kitchen as I meal prep once a week, which takes time.

No pets ( i don't mind pets though ), Non smoker. Clean person. Not looking for a busy party house environment at all.
