I am looking for a ground level place with a reasonable sized room, with access to a shower that can accommodate a shower stool . I am clean and tidy and do not smoke.

I'm looking for a warm, tidy, and family-friendly home in Christchurch where my son and I will feel welcome. Ideally, it’s a peaceful environment with respectful and considerate flatmates. We value a clean, calm space and good communication. A room large enough for the two of us (or a separate room for Georgii if possible) would be ideal. We’re happy to contribute to shared spaces and keep things organised. I’ll be working and studying, so quiet evenings are important for us.
