Flatmates in Canterbury

I’m currently in New Zealand on a working holiday visa and working full-time at the airport. I was originally living with a friend, but she's supposed to leave NZ soon, and now I need to find a new place to live for the next month. I’m looking for a good place near Christchurch Airport, preferably within driving distance so I can commute easily to work.

Flatting with another woman or someone 30+/40+ would be preferred. A quiet space and a little garden would be a DREAM ! Ideally, I would be looking for a sharehouse that allows my partner (and my wee german spitz dog Mushka) to come and stay on rare occasions.

I’m looking for a place not too far from the town centre where I would have my own room. Ideally, I’d like to live with no more than two other people, unless I’m living with a family. I don’t mind the age or gender of my flatmates, although I do have a preference for an all-female flat. I enjoy going out and partying occasionally, but as I’ll be working full-time in Christchurch, I’m looking for a calm home environment. I’d therefore prefer flatmates who don’t host parties or have people over too often.
