Flatmates in Canterbury

An easy going place to call home for the next months. We like social flatmates but who respect the silence after certain hours of the night :)

A medium size room, with a medium size wardrobe, decent size drawers, lots of sunlight, possibly an en-suite, on site parking, somewhere in Christchurch CBD/Linwood/Sydenham/Addington/Riccarton area. Possibly near anytime fitness gym.

We are 4 friends travelling together. We are a fun and easygoing group of people, open-minded and ready to meet new people :)

I’m looking for a furnished place with basic household items included, within 30 minutes by bus to Christchurch Bus Interchange, and within 10 minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop. I would prefer a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

I’m looking for a tidy, friendly flat with people who are easy to live with and respectful of each other’s space, ideally, somewhere with a good balance between socialising and quiet time. I prefer flatmates who are clean, considerate, and communicate well. I’m open to mixed or all-student flats and would love a place that feels relaxed and comfortable to come home to.

Just to share a bit about what I’m looking for in a place — I’d love a furnished room that’s well-insulated, warm, and sunny. It’d be great if the flat has all the basic amenities like kitchen essentials, a washing machine, and a proper bath. I do want it to be near UC so it's easier for me to travel. I’m also hoping for a flat with social flatmates. I enjoy hanging out on weekends, planning activities together, and having a friendly, comfortable environment at home. Looking forward to finding a place that feels like home with the right people!

Looking for a room/house

Looking for SHORT TERM (1-1.5month only) I’m from Lithuania on WHV, been traveling in NZ for the past 3 weeks, I’ve got a job in the city so I’m looking for a place to live. Preferably where everyone cleans after themselves, I can promise that from my side as well:)

I am looking for a place not too far from city and have an own room. I like cooking so it would be great if I can cook freely.

Not looking for a party house. Ideally on a bus line since I don’t have a car. Furnished bedroom.
