Student in 3rd year of health professional programme. Under 250 a week, can pay slightly more for ensuite.

I'm looking for a warm, dry room that's reasonably close to the university. I would prefer to be in a more quiet flat as I'll be studying hard, so ideally not somewhere where parties are had often.

I am looking for a comfortable and friendly flat, ideally located within reasonable distance of the University of Otago, particularly the Immunology and Microbiology departments. I do not have any specific requirements regarding the type of flat and am flexible in terms of layout and flatmates. A clean, respectful, and social living environment is important to me.

Close to train station / bus stop, a small bedroom is okay. Around 30 mins away form ICL
