Flatmates in Bay of Plenty

We are a family of two adults and two children. We are looking for long-term rental accommodation.

I work hard and enjoy socializing to unwind at the end of a long day or on a quiet night with a cup of coffee or tea and some TV. I'm desperately looking for a furnished room for short / long term, and I'm willing to pay one month's rent upfront including Bond.

I'm quiet, flexible, respectful, bit of an old soul. Looking for a quiet, clean place to settle in for a few months. Open to roommates. Ideally near a bus stop.

I would like to live in a room in a house that shares common spaces and where young people live who are, if possible, on the same plan as me (travelers). It is important that you can be close to Packhouses in Bay of Planty for Kiwi season. Animals don't bother me! It is important for me to keep spaces clean and tidy; I will actively collaborate with the general well-being of the house!

We are looking for one room for two people, in a nice clean and tidy place. We love to meet people but also quiet life :)
