Private, quiet, car parking space, close to town, prefer self-contained granny flat but a quiet flat is also okay

I am not fussy in where I live, as long as I have my own bedroom and access to the toilet, kitchen and bathroom.

We need clean bathroom, parking area for 1 car, big window in room. We can use 1 room together if you fine. We have working holiday visa. We looking for our job and studying Eng, certification, and so on. We don't need beds.
