About the flat
Comfortable clean and tidy house in town. Walking distance to shops and buses. Large backyard with a rural outlook. And space under the house for storage. About 55 mins north of auckland CBD. 15 mins north of the top of the motorway.
About the room
Very large room, can fit a couple super king beds and desks. Has a double wardrobe.
Playing with the idea of swapping around rooms, this is my one currently but am thinking of switching to give a flatmate enough space to have to themselves. The room can have a bed or be empty.
Preferred flatmate
Non smoker is ideal, and not really a party house so semi quiet is all good. Probably someone looking for longer stay.
