The house is down a driveway and hidden from the road, easy to feel safe and away from road noise. the house is large, warm with beautiful wooden floors. The kitchen is massive and modern. The upstairs lounge and dining room are large and not used often.

The room has a decent size cupboard and we have lots of extra storage also as there is a storage room off the garage.

You will share the bathroom with one person which is two separate rooms. One shower and basin, other toilet and basin.

House has fiber internet, Air conditioning and the water/ cooking is on gas.

We both enjoy a quite and clean house that you can relax and unwind. The vibes of the place are very chill and we are both always happy to chat, how ever we are both working professionals with lives and not always home.

Nice sunny room and downstairs lounge will be for your use. (Last flatmate used as a work from home office/ entertainment room)
