About the flat
The house is big, with lovely views across to the sea. We are nestled into a gorgeous woodland setting.
Unlimited wifi is included, and you can set up TV streaming via this onto your device. I'd prefer no couples please as this will stretch resources.
Shared facilities include living room with wood burner, dining room and kitchen.
About the room
Two of the bedroom occupants will need to share a bathroom, while the smallest bedroom will have access to a dedicated bathroom. The two larger bedrooms are $310 per week, while the smaller room with its own bathroom is $280 per week.
Preferred flatmate
We are three girls, so probably other women will suit us best. However I am open to anyone who wishes to apply.

Meet the flatmates
I have three bedrooms available to rent for the right people. I am a single mother (quiet) with two daughters aged 12 and 15 (sometimes noisy). We live on the edge of Nelson, an easy walk to town. No vehicle is required to get around. We live with two cats, so if you are allergic to cats or don't like pets then we are probably not for you.
I can sometimes be noisy, but I'm a great kid at heart. I go to Nelson College for Girls.
I'm Georgie's big sister. I can also be noisy! But my mum tells me I can't do this with other people living in the house, so I'll do my best!
We also live here, so if you are allergic to cats then we are probably not the right home for you!
