We are a seven minute walk to the bus stop into Christchurch city, as well as a short drive into the city. Rent is $180 per week for a single occupant, preferably not a couple. This is not including internet (unlimited) and electricity which both of these get divided up at the end of the month. The house is a 3-bedroom with a well maintained backyard with a patio, lawn and vege garden. You will be sharing the house with me and my partner plus our shy outdoor cat. We are both working full time.

The room is furnished with a bed and a bedside table, however if you would prefer your own stuff we can accommodate to that as well.
