The flat is based in tauranga south and its a short walk to the hospital. 3 minute drive to gate pa shopping center and frazer cove. About a 6 minute drive to tauranga city center. We are not a party house. No smoking or drugs. We have 2 cats Max and Billie.

The room has a tall wardrobe. It's the most sunniest room in the house. The room can fit a queen sized bed in it. Its a smallish room but is a good shape so can fit a decent amount. There is extra storage downstairs if needed.

The room is $205 a week plus $25 for power. We split the water bill every 3 months. Bond is 4 weeks rent and 1 week rent in advance.

As this is a girls flat we would prefer a femail to move in. We would love a clean and tidy flate mate, and someone that doesn't mind cats. This is not a party house. No smoker or drugs
