About the flat
Our home is relaxed and clean and friendly. Sometimes family members will call in and have a catch up so there may be times with visitors. * We are 2 minutes from the bus stop. * 4 minutes from the nearest train station. * Frazer Park is a few minutes walk away. * Shops with Four Square, Dairy, Chemist, Bakery and Take Aways are a couple of minutes drive away or 8 mins walk with the Library and Walter Nash Sports Centre there. We are a christian family and attend nearby church most Sundays.
About the room
The room is spacious, warm and lockable. The bed will have to stay in the room but any of the other furniture can remain or be removed if preferred. If a couple, the additional cost is $60 per week extra. The area is 6m x 4.2m.
Preferred flatmate
Our ideal flatmate would be able to enjoy living here, stay independent, friendly and respectful. A person who is working or studying would be ideal.

Pretty Precious our 3 year old female cavoodle and is a friendly happy little dog.
Bandit is friendly and loves tummy rubs. He is a cavoodle and is 3 years old.
