Located in Sumner, we are only 7 streets back from the beach in the valley, close to a bus stop and an easy walk to the beach, cafes and village shopping. Parking is available on the street. The shared house area is in the lounge/kitchen, with gas hobs, oven and microwave. The washing machine is under the kitchen bench in here. TV with Netflix/Wi-Fi, etc. We have a private bedroom & small lounge with our own en-suite upstairs. We live with our long-haired Persian Cat called Blue.

Enter the courtyard through the big gate, and the sunny bedroom is at the front of the house. French doors off the room lead to a decked area with a table and an outdoor sofa. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed and linens. Large and small chests of drawers for storage, with an amazing big wardrobe featuring handy shelves and hanging space for clothing. The room has a heater to keep it warm over the winter months. Across the hallway is a private bathroom with a shower over the bath. Again, plenty of storage in the bathroom cabinet.

Someone who is independent and looking for a chill place to call home for a while in Sumner. You will need to make your own food. I’m happy to provide clean linen for bed & bath once a week.
