What’s on offer: - 3 comfortable bedrooms in a clean and welcoming home - Great location – under 100m to bus stops and just a short walk to Lunn Ave shops - Quiet, harmonious neighborhood with friendly neighbors - Street parking available
Room features: - King single bed provided (just bring your own linen, blankets, and towels), or you can bring your own furniture too. - Heater and fan available - TV lounge with bookshelves and desks – ideal for relaxing or working/studying from home - All utilities included: power, water, internet, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent
Extras: - Home security with alarm and cameras in shared areas - Sorry, no pets or smokers
Move-in + ongoing costs: - one week bond + 1st week's rent - $75 flat rate for all utilities listed above (easier to manage, as long as there is no abuse)
