ROOMS available for boarding situation in a 5 bedroom home. Rooms are available from now (May/June) 2025.

The home is located on a private back section in a quiet and sunny location and has off street parking available. Access is single level. Home has a very private and backyard close to bush.

Common spaces include, lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry. There is a large conservatory space (9 x 3.3m approx) and fridge / freezers that can be made available.

There are two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets.

Board includes power, wifi, and rubbish.

Room 3 - $160 p/week (3.3 x 2.1m approx.) Room is currently furnished with a king single, side drawers and a tall shelf unit. It has a small double wardrobe within the space. An extra set of drawers can be provided. (Suits single person / short stays ok)

A professional working person. Someone (or a couple) that is friendly, tidy, quiet and looks after themselves and is respectful of others property. Noise levels kept to a minimum. Prefer a professional person/s, courteous of others, happy to join in on occasions for meals etc.
