We are a large family home with rooms to spare in a beautiful area of East Auckland with a reserve on one side of the house and city lights on the other. The available room is double sized on a landing with a separate toilet and bathroom used by only one other person in the home. The room comes fully furnished to keep you in comfort and style. Bills included except for food and your personal products. We are looking for a boarder who is independent, respectful, quiet and friendly who is comfortable living in a family home.

The room is located on its own level with a bathroom and toilet that is barely used. It is large and airy with lots of natural light and good ventilation from the windows. The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed and a double wardrobe. The rate covers rent, power, water and internet. Food would be separate. We have space inside the property which is fully fenced with a gate, to park a car. There are three lounges including a small one at the front of the home which our boarders have very much enjoyed.
