Located in Solway, but very close to Kuripuni for restaurants and Pak n Save. There is also a dairy, fish and chips and Thai restaurant located just 5 mins walk from the house.

You’ll be living with a married couple in their mid 20’s to early 30’s, as well as another flatmate in their mid 20’s too.

We all enjoy a good game of DND and bbq’s when it’s weather permitting (but we do it even if it rains sometimes.) Apart from that, you’ll find everyone on their own devices either watching tv shows, movies or anime.

With the property, we do have a garden bed we’ll be tending to and if your green thumbed, let us know what you’d like planted or get stuck in with us. There is a spacious garage, so if you need to storage a few boxes, please let us know.

With the room, it can fit double bed or queen bed along and it does have a built in closet.

The cost of room does include reasonable internet and power usage as well as rubbish collection.

Ideally we’re looking for a working individual similar in age, whose reasonable tidy and timely with rent and having a reference is ideal.

As well as okay with cats, as Simba and Tinsel may want a walk by scratch.
