Hi everyone! I’m looking for some great housemates to rent three decent-sized bedrooms with me in a new Silverdale home.

🛁 Shared Spaces: 3 rooms share a bathroom, plus there’s an extra toilet downstairs. Two living spaces: a flexible area by the entrance and a fully furnished main living and dining area.

🚗 Location: Plenty of street parking, in a quiet area just a short walk from Silverdale bus station and motorway on-ramp—perfect for city commuting! Only 10 minutes to Orewa Beach or Albany.

I’m currently living here with two other female flatmates that have come over to NZ from France and Scotland on working visas

🐾 Additional Info: No pets (sorry!), no smoking/vaping indoors. Outside or on the back deck is fine.

Utilities are split each month amongst all the flatmates. On Average $20-30 per week for all expenses.
