Very swanky and well-appointed historic old villa, now being run as a 39 room home for professionals and foreign students and workers. At present a lot of our residents are Spanish speakers from Latin America, and Chinese and Japanese. Our residents are all either professionals or students and we are 75% female.

We have a large and well-appointed communal lounge and kitchen with additional study area, picturesque grounds with views to the harbour bridge, and we are quiet, sunny, and immaculately clean and tidy. We have a fulltime hygiene professional cleaning all communal areas, including a weekly complimentary room clean. There is one toilet and shower for every 3 rooms. There are separate wings for men and women. Our home is very close to the bus stop, city, harbour bridge, Ponsonby, Westhaven etc, and is in one of the safest and quietest suburbs in Auckland. Right now we have a cute, cosy and very sunny room available in the female wing, and a couple of larger rooms coming up.

Single bed and bedding, very sunny, wardrobe, fridge, sink, desk, chair, and lamp. We also have a bunk bed in a sunny and clean shared room for $50 a night or $175 per week. Please enquire about our single room overnight rates. Girls only!
