Our flat is a beautiful home located just 2 minutes walk to the beach and bus stop. It has a large outside patio area with a garden, living room with log burner, 2 bathrooms and two sun room areas. It is also a 5 minute walk away from the esplanade and multiple St Clair cafes and restaurants.

Our flat is made up of young students and workers that enjoy the beach, surfing, and enjoying the weekends while also focusing on study and work. It is a very friendly, clean and social environment. Our flat cat coco is also a nice cat and a valued member of our home.

I am moving away on an international elective for my medical studies and am looking for someone to move into my room for the rest of the year and possibly have an opportunity to resign if wanted. The room is a smaller room when compared to the others, however, is big enough to fit a large comfy queen bed, a bedside table and drawers. It has a large window overlooking the garden and gets plenty of light for this reason, and is easy to heat with a small heater.
