About the flat
You’ll be living with the landlord - one full time working professional male aged 45. I have 2 beautiful boys (7 & 9) who stay with me 5 nights a fortnight including Friday afternoon to Monday one weekend. So this won’t be for everyone!
Located in St Andrews 5 min drive to the Base 15 min drive to the Hospital 15 min drive to the University
Short drive to dairy, cafes, brewery and river around the corner. Plenty of off and on street parking, quiet street.
About the room
The room is spacious with a wardrobe. Plenty of outdoor space with some veggie gardens and an above ground pool.
