About the flat
Hello friends,
We've got a room in a newly built house in Royal Oak and are looking forward to rent it.
The house is located in walking distance to Pak'N'Save, Warehouse, Noel Leeming, McD, KFC, dentist, asian supermarket, and many other shops....
You'll be living with 3 others, and will have the bathroom to yourself for 99% of the time because my partner mostly uses my en suite's bathroom unless it's really early in the morning.
There is a software engineer, graphic designer and a pharmacologist, we are all friendly and respectful and are looking for someone similar :).
The room is currently unfurnished, but we can put a double bed in it.
The rent is 270 per week excluding bills. Three weeks bond.
No couples or pets please :)
