About the flat
We’re right by Cornwall Park and opposite Pak n Save, with easy access to the 30 and 66 bus routes. As we’re right in the heart of Royal Oak, there’s lots of restaurants and takeaway spots nearby. There’s a one car garage which we’re currently using for storage as neither of us drive, plus there’s room in front of the garage for a car.
About the room
Sunny and spacious with a built-in double wardrobe - last couple pictures are how the previous tenant had it set up, with a queen bed and a massive desk.
Preferred flatmate
Someone reliable and tidy. If you have a cat or two the house is cat friendly!
We're pretty chill - happy to socialise over a meal, a drink, or a movie, or happy to leave you alone if you'd prefer.
Landlords have indicated they would prefer for the new person to be added to the lease.
Our lease currently says 3 people maximum, however if a couple applies we can discuss with our landlord!
