The house is located in Rototuna North nearby Rototuna High

The house is kept nice and clean with a shared open plan living common space and a nice large backyard. It is backed into the highway. But you can’t hear it due to the levelling of the road and the double glazed windows 🙂

You will have 2 shelves to yourself in the Pantry & 1 Shelf in the fridge and about 2 shelves in the freezer in the garage.

We all have some cleaning duties and utilities to buy. We have a roster for that that isn’t intense at all and will be explained in further if you have interest in the house

Power/Gas/Wifi is payed monthly and is usually around $65 a month

Please ignore the fact the bedroom is furnished. The person is still yet to move it out as they’re waiting for a confirmation on a replacement. Also a pool table is being installed into the Garage today as well! 🙂

We have 3 Boys & 1 Girl. Thomas, Jakob, Aaron & Julia. We like to keep a nice clean house and we’re pretty social with each other. We all work full time jobs and not big party people at all. But every now and then enjoy the occasional drink. We’re all aged between 21-23 but are also quite mature people. I (Thomas) work from home on Thursdays & Fridays as well 🙂
