Hey, we are looking for someone to fill the ensuite room in our new flat in Rolleston! We are about a 5 minutes drive to the shops and a 10 minute drive to Lincoln.

It is a three bedroom house, so you will be living with two girls, aged 21 & 22, one is working full time while the other studies at Lincoln Uni. Our hobbies mainly include walking and going for a beverage or two. We have no preference on gender, just looking for someone around our age who is tidy, friendly, and has a good sense of humour. (No couples, sorry)

The rent will be $200 per week. This excludes power and wifi which we have no estimate for yet. The bond will be $800 (4 weeks rent). The lease ends in February next year but we will most likely renew because we can’t be bothered moving again.
