The room is unfurnished but the remainder of the house is fully furnished. No onsite parking available but lots of parking available on the road.

Location: Central location, safe neighbourhood, Near Upland Rd shops, close to Meadowbank, Newmarket, Lunn Ave Shops, Supermarkets, Orakei Basin, bars/cafes/restaurants at Upland Rd Shops, bus routes, train stations.
