Looking to fill a newly finished house. Architecturally Designed (by me), it's new and warm. Has amazing views. Finished to a high level with underfloor heating throughout. Heat pump hot water. It's furnished with all the basics. Beds, couch, dining table and chairs. All appliances except a microwave atm. Basic kitchen items.

The room is a double room, suitable for a single, ideally, but a couple could be considered. There is also an ensuited couples rooms available too.

I'm just looking for good people who are low drama, enjoy a nice social house. They need to be able to keep a clean and tidy house and be respectful to others.
