About the flat
We are within 10-minutes walk of Pt Chev Beach, Coyle Park, supermarket, cafes, pizzeria, wine shop. The property has a vege garden and great outdoor living spaces for Summer.
Great public transport links. The 66 and 101 buses stop outside and we are one block from the Outer Link and 65 stops. The 101 and Outer Link go directly to the University of Auckland and AUT so perfect for a student.
Come and join our Pt Chev family. There are two roomies in the main house - the owner and one other, plus a very friendly dog. We both live busy lives but love to catch up over dinner or a wine.
About the room
Furnished sleepout with ensuite and kitchenette, as well as access to the main house and garden.
$330 a week includes power, water and internet.
Preferred flatmate
Easy-going student or professional aged between 25 and 50. Someone who is happy to do their own thing, but also join us for a dinner or a drink from time to time. We love to have BBQs over the Summer.
