About the flat

We live in a roomy and well positioned 3 bdrm home that is 15 mins walk from the beach, 6 mins drive to Bayfair or Papamoa Plaza and turn off to the motorway just down the rd.

About the room

The room is at the end of the house so very private. There's a single bed in the room but can fit a dble bed, with drawers and shelf. The room has a single closet.

Preferred flatmate

Ideal flatmate is female that works fulltime. You're easy going, loves a tidy space, independant and sociable. You would fit in wonderfully with myself and the other flatmate.
