The home is a beautiful, modern, warm, dry, healthy home with everything in it you could need. It is located on a quite, safe street. It consists of an open plan kitchen, dining, living, & study nook, a second separate living space, main bathroom, separate toilet, large laundry, 5 bedrooms, and a lovely outdoor space with an outdoor lounge and BBQ. The home is fully fenced and very private.

The house is right across the street from Gordon Spratt Reserve and the water ways, which are great for spots and walking, biking etc.

The home and bedroom is fully furnished, so all you need to bring is your own personal items.

Move in costs: two weeks rent in advance and 3 weeks rent bond. The rent will be slightly different for a couple.

Your rent includes: your room, the furniture in your room, all utilities (power, water, internet), shared items (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc), a weekly cleaner, and we (my husband and I) take care of the yard.

There are currently two housemates in the home, however there are 3 rooms for rent so there can be 5-6 people in the home. The house is large and able to cater for this number of people comfortably without feeling like you are on top of each other.

The room for rent is located at the front of the house with your own private access. It's a large semi-self contained room. A large main room with either 2 single beds or a king bed, ceiling fan, heater, drawers, side tables, lamp, tv, shelves, clothes racks, and a sofa. An additional room set up with a mini kitchenette consisting off toaster, kettle, air fryer and utensils. There are two fridges in the house, one right by your room and there is a sink for you to hand wash your dishes. Of course, you are also able to use the main kitchen in the house which is a full working kitchen.
