I own the home and am slowly doing small Reno’s to it. Theres two parks nearby and it’s a couple km’s to the Redwoods. It’s a back property and is pretty quiet. There is the choice of two bedrooms. One is driveway side of the house and one is backyard side of the house (this one gets heaps of morning-midday sun). There’s a back yard and a garage if anything needs to be stored. I store my motorbike in there as well.

Must be okay with dogs. And must be a clean and tidy person. I have family and friends stay as well, so you’re more than welcome to do the same (within reason with the utility bills etc etc!) I love a convo and games night but also enjoy a quiet night! I’d love someone who is easy going and takes pride in their space ☺️

There are two rooms to choose from as explained in the previous description. Both have a waredrope that’s slightly larger than a single waredrope!

Someone who’s clean and tidy as I take pride in my home. I work shift work, so someone who’s respectful of the fact that I may be sleeping during the day after a night shift :)
