Hello, I’m looking to share my quiet countryside farmhouse just 10 minutes out of Ōtorohanga. The property is tucked away in a peaceful rural setting, with open space, fresh air, and no flatmates currently—just you and me! I just finished school last year and gone straight into the work force. I’m a bit of an introvert and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll often find me in the garden, out for a run, or hitting the gym. I’m tidy (a bit of a clean freak!), and I love cooking and good food. The house is well-placed with Te Kūiti and Te Awamutu only 30 minutes away, perfect for someone who enjoys the calm of the country but still wants town access within reach.

The available room is a standard size with a built-in set of drawers and a small closet. It’s simple, cozy, and functional. A single bed and bedside table (as seen in the photos) can be included if you'd like. The room can fit a double bed if you would like but nothing bigger.

I'm ideally looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easygoing — someone who values a peaceful home environment and understands the importance of being considerate with noise, especially during the evenings. I start work at 4am during weekdays, so late-night parties or loud music wouldn’t be a good fit here. If you're someone who enjoys a calm, clean space and appreciates a bit of quiet, you’ll feel right at home.
