About the flat
Rachael and I bought this property September 2023, and have loved every second of it. The current flatmate is moving in with his partner, so we're looking for a replacement
The house itself is at the end of a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, away from the general tenacity of Otahuhu. There's a decent sized lawn, and the neighbours are nice.
About the room
Unfurnished. Approx 2.8m x 3.2m in size - enough to fit a double bed, a desk and the rest of your belongings. There is also a wardrobe built into the wall. If you find that you have a lot of stuff, there is a huge amount of storage space in the garage. Feel free to use as much of that as you like.
Preferred flatmate
We're all people who tend to keep to ourselves, someone similar would be ideal. The girls will be the social ones of the flat and love a kitchen chat. Of course though, happy to live with anyone as long as they clean up after themselves.

I'm the quiet one. It's not because I'm shy but simply because I actually just don't like talking. I cook for myself and Rachael and I work the 9-5, but while I'm home, I won't be out of my room much.
Currently working in admin within the healthcare sector. Will be working from home most days. I am a self-taught Crocheter, sewer and embroiderer🧶 A major bookworm - feel free to raid my shelves 📖. Out of the two of us, I am the more social one and love a good cafe and brunch trip. Also love to run and occassionally go to the gym
Pilates instructor by day and firefighter by night. Not often home, but you cann find me downstairs making pottery. Owner of the very well-behaved Oli <3 Loveliest and most well-behaved dog you will ever meet. She will also adopt you as another parent
Cutest cats you will ever meet with the biggest personalities. Bongo (black)will give lots and cuddles and yell at you. Banjo (grey/white) is a shy little girl, but will come up to you for some treates. Meow meow meow... meow, meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow.
