This is a granny flat with it's own entrance. The room has a couch, fridge freezer, TV. There is also in the same room as kitchenette with microwave, airfreight and other appliances, crockery etc. Attached to this room is a good sized ensuite with shower toilet, vanityband washing machine. Then you will have a seperate bedroom to yourself with queen bed, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps and a small set of drawers and a double wardrobe

My ideal flatmate would need to love dogs as I'm really looking for a live in dogsitter. I prefer a female preferably over 50 that is home most of the time. Would suit retired or semi retired lady. I work part time and need a sitter to look after Indy whole I work and when I go away. This is the reason the rent is so low. Indy can be left a couple of hours on her own then she becomes destructive. This is an unusual boarding situation. Absolutely no other pets
