Nice modern home, 3 bed, 2 bathroom with wood burner. Located in Ohauiti, 15 mins to the City and 15 mins to Mount Maunganui and surf beaches. Good public transport. Only other occupant is the owner. A business professional, publisher who likes going to the gym and surfing.

Fully furnished room with King sized bed, side tables, lamps, draws, desk and walk in double wardrobe. The room is nice with a ceiling fan, blinds and nice windows. Included in the weekly room charge is utilities only - internet, power and water.
