You'll be living with myself (F, early 30s, WFH admin & accounts), my parter (M, early 30s, landscaper) and our well-behaved 2-year-old Kelpie, Goose. We’re into climbing, surfing, running, good food, and cozy movie nights. We value open communication, mutual respect, downtime and having a good laugh.

The house is just a short walk from the beach, QE2, parks, and local spots like a dairy, BP, and pharmacy. We’ve got off-street parking, a sunny deck, a veggie garden, and a shed with space for your bike.

Bills are an extra $35–$40/week to cover power, internet, and shared household costs. 2 weeks bond ($420) required.
