This room is highly spacious, with a built-in desk, convenient for students or anyone who likes to get paper/book work done. It includes a large built-in wardrobe and a pinboard over the desk, convenient for decorations and photos etc. It can fit any sized bed, while still having a lot of space around the room. it is situated in the "middle" of the flat right next to the kitchen and opposite the bathroom. Overall has a lovely feel to it, and the room is a great living environment.
Preferred flatmate
We would love to ideally have a male, as we are an all-boys flat. We are looking for a fun, outgoing individual who would fit right in with our easy-going approachable flatmates. Ideally someone who has a good balance of study or work, while being social around day-to-day life. We are a nice bunch of "lads" that are enjoyable to live with, and we love to have good banter and chat around the place, so if you think that sounds like you, then let us know, we'd love to have you!

Harry is 20 years old, originally from Auckland, and is in his second year down in Dunedin. Harry is one of the full-time workers at 853 Cumberland, with high priorities set on his work/life balance, whilst partaking in competitive rugby.
Eamon is 20 years old, originally from Nelson, and is in his third year down in Dunedin. Eamon is studying a pre-electrical trade at the Otago Polytechnic and is also a part time scaffolder. Eamon is a hard-working individual and enjoys his social life and loves to have a good time while maintaining a strong balance.
Thomas is 20 years old, originally from Auckland, and is in his third year down in Dunedin, studying a bachelor of sport science at the Otago Polytechnic. Thomas is passionate for the sport and rec world, particularly in hypertrophy and strength training, and is also a social rugby player. Thomas is also a social being and loves to wind down and have a good time after a hard week, and manage to balance out his studies effectively.
Barney Read is 20 years old, originally from Nelson, and is in his third year of Dunedin. Barney is another full-time worker, who works in landscaping. Barney is a "lively lad" who knows how to have a fun time, and loves to be around people, and understands the importance of companionship, and striving to create a comfortable flatting environment for everyone.
