ONE ROOM HAS BEEN FILLED We are looking for one more person to join us in our little queer flat in Newtown, Pōneke

Rent is $190 for the remaining room and expenses $14pw

The house is 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a bath, nice kitchen

The current flatmates are: Morgan (they/them) 25, a graduate student studying linguistics at Vic; and Alice (she/they) 26, a writer currently working on a book of essays, we have a young professional joining us, 25. All genderqueer.

We are all social people and enjoy chatting in the kitchen and the odd shared meal or boardgame night. 🙂

At the same time we are quiet people when our energy is low, one of the ongoing tenants studying fulltime and working, and the other having Chronic Fatigue

The room on offer is currently unfurnished and a little smaller so the rent is lower.

There's an optional bed available for purchase from the old tenant as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers available for storage already in situ :) These are included in the pictures of the other bedroom!

Ideally we'd offer the room to people close to our ages (23 - early 30's) consistently takes their load of cleaning, and are neurodivergent or comfortable living with neurodivergent people (we both have some mix of ASD and ADHD)
