Hi, I have an unfurnished room available in Newlands. Clean 3 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Lounge has great harbour views and a large Toshiba heat pump. There is one toilet with a separate bathroom. Garden space if you like gardening. About a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Buses 52, 56, 57, 58 quick ride to the city. 5 mins drive to central Johnsonville or Newlands shops and supermarket There is On Street parking available.

The room fits a double or Queen bed, and a small desk so is bigger than it looks in the photos. The room has a built in wardrobe and panel heater. I can probably supply a single bed and mattress if required. Expenses are $40p/w and includes power internet, and incidentals such as house cleaning products, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc.

Looking for someone who is quiet, any age, easygoing, friendly, considerate, tidy and cleans up after themselves, reliable and pays rent on time, respects house rules and others’ privacy. Uni students are ok as long as No drugs or parties. Someone who likes to come home for a peaceful relaxing time and keeps social life outside of the house. Strictly no pets, couples or smokers.(I may have another room available in the near future) I am looking for the right fit, rather than just filling the room.
