It's a town house located in New Windsor area. Extremely close to bus stops and motorway. Only 15-20 minutes to CBD. Woolworths and New World is very close by with plenty of other eateries and shops. Couple of GYMs very close by too. Many parks around the area aswell.

There is a couple living in the house aswell. One is retired and the other works part time. They are very quiet and like to keep it to themselves.

Room can accommodate a double bed. As shown on photos, room comes with a desk and office chair. Room has built in wardrobe. Special feature about this room, it has double entry. One that leads to the entrance of the house and the other to the toilet and bathroom which is shared. Room gets decent amount natural sun light.
