Lots of space to add further furniture, desk etc. Possibly wet bar. There is a huge WIR. Upright own fridge freezer supplied. Laundry is at ground level washing machine and dryer provided. Off street parking for two vehicles. Central location to all Mt.Maunganui amenities and airport.

Current lease holder works from home office and is a quiet professional, keen sports person, Tennis and Golf. Looking for quiet male or female. Couples can apply but would need $350. Non smokers please and place is not suitable for pets.
