The flat is really well located, right in the center of Wellington. It is less than 5 minutes from Cuba Street and all the bars and restaurants, there is also a supermarket 3 minutes by foot from the flat. Victoria University is 20 minutes by foot or 15 minutes by bus from the flat. Massey University is only minutes 5 minutes by foot. You can reach the harbour in about 20 minutes and the central station in 15 minutes by bus. The flat is really quiet. Room and flat have windows on a parking lot and not directly on the street. The kitchen is big, there is dishwasher, a oven and lots of place to store food. The kitchen is really well furnished. You will share the bathroom and the toilets with only one other flatmates, toilets are separate from the bathroom. The bathroom is large with a large shower and space to store.

The room is luminous and large. We were a couple in it and it did not fell tiny at all. It is really cheap for such a location, you can rent it for one person, for only $260, or for $300 if you come as a couple. Charges are monthly about $80, including internet and electricity. The bond is incredibly low, only $230 are asked, and the manager answers really quickly if you encounter any problem. There is a bed, a big wardrobe, a shelf and a bedside table (you could remove shelf and table if you have your own furniture). A desk could fit in the room. There are spare pillows and quilts in the flat if you want.

Anyone is welcome ;). The other flatmates (all women) are discrete and keep to themselves, so you won't see them often. Everyone is nice, respectuous and calm.
