About the flat
The flat is a super sunny, three-storey Mt Albert townhouse! It's in a convenient location - just a 10 minute walk from St Lukes mall, Countdown, gyms, and public transport options. We have a homely vibe where we enjoy the occasional flat dinner/movie night, but we also like to do our own thing.
About the room
The room is located on the bottom floor of the flat, which you'll pretty much have to yourself - so there's plenty of privacy! It comes with a built-in wardrobe and has space to fit a queen bed and desk/drawers. You get a bathroom to yourself and exclusive access to the courtyard area - which is perfect if you're into bit of gardening or just want a private, outdoor space.
Preferred flatmate
We are looking for someone who is a similar age, works or studies full-time, and is friendly, clean, and considerate. No pets, smokers, or couples sorry.
