About the flat
We are looking for a third roommate , preferably a female as we have generally been a girls flat. The house is located on the outskirts of Matamata and is a small lifestyle block, so it’s very quiet and relaxed. We do have people over everyday, generally at night to tend to their horses that live here.
About the room
The room is quite large with a closet and will have a double/queen bed. We have a shared living area/kitchen and the bathroom will be shared with just 1 other flatmate.

We are both in our early 20s. One flatmate works full time as a vet intern and is generally home at night, but does also work night shifts/call outs weekly.
I work early morning at a racing stable and will be home during the day. I also work a few hours each afternoon.
We are a very quiet and tidy household as we respect that we have different work hours and need to keep the house quiet when others are sleeping. We would love someone who will clean up after themselves as we keep a very clean home and take pride in its appearance. We are very open and communicative with each other so that we have a nice living environment.
