About the flat
Our home consist of 2 Stories. The bottom of the house has 7 bedrooms available as shared or private bedrooms as per your request. Shared areas are 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, laundry room. Lots of on property parking. Smoking outside the home is acceptable. A drink with friends on occasion is welcome, although we are not a party house and must respect all other flat mates sharing with you. Upstairs living area is for my family and will be kept private to the rest of the house downstairs.
About the room
We have 7 double rooms available. It's not furnished at the moment, but will be, or you can bring your own bed if you wish
Preferred flatmate
We have Christian Values and respect all people. We do like socializing, however also enjoys peace and quite, all in balance. The occasional drink with friends are welcome, but the mutual respect and requirements of everybody in the house must be valued.

Kelvin is my oldest son. He studies Bachelors of Counselling in he's 2nd year. Very active and likes gym and exercise. Very respectful
Morgan is my youngest son. He is taking a gap year whiles deciding on hes future career, Finished high school last year
Jena-Lee is studying beauty. She also studies online.
