We have our flatmates moving out to continue on their exploring of NZ. The room will be available from the 1st of June (possibly flexible) for a solo person or couple to move into.

You'll be joining a couple in their 30s, we are both working professionals generally out Monday to Friday 9-5.

Working or studying in the city? 🛥️ 🚗 - Motorway is close by 5 minutes from the house. there are also bus stops close by and the main hub at West Gate if you need to go to North Shore.

SOLO PERSON: $270 weekly COUPLE $370 weekly - Rent includes expenses (water, power, Internet, rubbish tags/ bags, a cleaner, etc.) - Furnished Bedroom

BOND: 3 weeks rent $810.00 for SOLO / $1100 for Couple

THE SPECS - 3 Bedroom 2story townhouse, one room remains empty for guests to stay in - Double garage we use for storage/ laundry/ little music station - The main lounge downstairs and a smaller second one available at the top of the stairs allows for separate gatherings - The main bathroom is ultimately yours (and visitors) to use as we have an ensuite + extra toilet downstairs

Ideally, someone who doesn’t mind small banter, a good balance of being in the shared space together and having time apart. We are open to having the odd gathering and always invite our flatties to join in.

Someone clean, mindful of shared spaces and communicates well.
