It’s a modern, clean family home with everything you need. It’s in Preston’s subdivision which is a new area 5 mins drive away from Bottle Lake Forest and 8 mins from the beach. We are also a 5 min walk from New World, BP, coffee shops and Dominos. It’s a lovely safe family home and area. I have a nice outdoor space with seating and big lawn. Most of the time it’s just me living here…although sometimes I go to my partners house or he stays with me and every other week my daughter and small dog are here for a week. We are all friendly, happy but private people and work hard in our jobs.

White, bright, clean, comfy bed and everything you need. Wardrobe, side table, chair, drawers…..a big modern bathroom right next door and the possibility of using the spare room across to set up with bean bags and a TV. Everything is here that you should need.

We would like a female house mate who is happy to tidy up after themselves, respectful, friendly and honest. Someone that doesn’t bring drama or stress and that can just enjoy life. Also, someone that likes or can relate to 17yr old girls, small dogs and myself and partner who are regular kiwi older people 😀 Someone that adapt to an ever changing house, ie: sometimes it will be just you here and sometimes it will be 3 of us living here.
