An established home with 4 existing flatmates (3 male, 1 female) is looking to rent out a private downstairs area which is inclusive of two bedrooms, living area and bathroom.

Shared kitchen, communal living and dining area are Colman areas seperate to the area for rent. Power, gas and internet are included in total cost of $350 per week.

Couples are welcome. Current lease is periodic but we are seeking interest from candidates likely to stay 6 months or more as a minimum.

Currently the flat shares dinner meals with each member of the flat expected to cook for the household once per week. Ability to cook healthy food is essential for applicants.
