About the flat
Old school whare. Meets all the requirements of a rental home. Warm/great air flow/ 2 bedroom plus my office. Front lawn, back lawn, the neighbors behind are primo people. No issues at all. Friendly and safe surrounding neighbors.

Warm and dry room. The wardrope has pleanty of space.
Preferred flatmate
Someone who's driven, I'm not looking for a flatemate thats not employed. They need a steady income and need to prove they can pay on time every time. Smoker algoods.
